Unfortunately, no. Scheduling requires that clients make a security deposit. If you have issues with scheduling a session, please send us an email at spalicious.petsalon@gmail.com and we will respond within 48 hours.

Yes. Customers can cancel their appointment using the scheduling on our website 48 hours before their appointment. If you missed the cancellation timeline, keep in mind the desposit is non-refundable. If you wish to schedule an appointment at a different date, we can wave the deposit for the next appointment you make with us.

We understand sometimes unexpected situations happen. We pride ourselves in creating comfortable experiences for all our furry clients, so keeping them crated until they get picked up is not ideal. We have a $25.00 USD per hour late fee after services have been finished.

Once you come pick up your pet, you can pay via credit card or cash. The full amount will be determined by the services you requested in your intake form.

Yes. We will do our best to gain their trust, but if it proves to be too difficult, you will get your deposit back. You will be notified at the number you have on file to come pick them up.

Special handling is often requested for pets with known behavioral issues. Unfortunately, each dog is different and sometimes they behave differently with new people. Even if you think they can behave, a fee of $50.00 USD will be applied upon checkout, as they can cause pushback in the schedule and potentially be harmful to the groomer.
